Our COVID-19 Safety Procedures

We are very excited to be back in our clinic helping our clients to look their best with our range of treatments, and while we want our clients to relax and enjoy their appointment as much as possible, we have several COVID-19 procedures which need to be addressed during your visit.

Please be on time for your appointment but if too early or we are running a little late you may be asked to wait in your car until called.

Upon entry to clinic we will take your contactless temperature, if within normal limits you may proceed

You will be asked at several checkpoints

1. Are you currently unwell?
2. Have you been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 person in the last 14 days?
3. Have you arrived in Tasmania in the last 14 days?

There will be multiple hand sanitiser stations throughout the clinic.
Seating will be spaced at 1.5m guidelines.
Prior to your appointment you will be asked to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser.
Some treatments you may be asked to use a mask.
We have a very strict pre and post cleaning guidelines for all areas of our clinic ensuring both yours and our safety at all times.

UV-C Light Air Sterilisation

Our priority is to keep our clients safe in our clinic, which is why we want to present you with our newest solution to keep the clinic clean and germ-free!

This newest investment at Victoria’s for our client safety is an advanced UVC light-based, air circulation and sterilisation system.

While indoor air systems usually track only particulates in the air, our new system also targets biological and chemical contaminants.

Providing 99.9% reduction of bacteria and virus, spores, fungi, moulds and mites on all surfaces in just minutes with no chemicals. We now have the cleanest and safest environment for you to visit.

The system purifies and sterilises the circulating air by using UVC light to destroy mold, bacteria, and viruses.

Combined with our extensive surface cleaning routines, this new system enhances the cleanliness of our clinic with UVC rapid decontamination of surfaces, keeping them constantly in optimal microbiological condition.

After our doors close for the day, while you are sleeping our clinic is busy cleaning with a very specific wavelength UV-C light stick which irradiates all surfaces preventing black out areas therefore keeping all surfaces constantly virus and bacteria free as possible. 

The germicidal effects of the UV-C light destroys the bacteria, viruses, spores, fungi, moulds and parasites avoiding their growth and proliferation. UV-C is ecological and unlike chemicals it works against every microorganism without creating any resistance.
