Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Any product you return must be sealed in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Appointments

As we do our utmost to minimise waiting times, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointments to complete a new patient registration from or facial consent form. 

Since we allow plenty of time for consultation and treatments, should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice, failure to do so may incur a fee.

Payments

We ask that you pay your consultation and treatments fees at the time of your appointment. We except all credit/ debit cards except AMEX.

And please note that prices on our website may be subject to change due to individual treatment conditions. The full price of your treatment will be discussed during your consultation. 

Social Media Policy

Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic has always welcomed constructive feedback from our clients and the greater community. We see our social media platforms as an excellent way of fostering further engagement and welcome your feedback and encourage you to actively engage with us online in a respective manner.

We do, however, reserve the right to moderate the content. We may remove content that:

  • Is offensive, abusive, obscene, racist or hateful.
  • Is illegal, inaccurate or misleading.
  • Is threatening or defamatory.
  • Endorses or advertises other organisations.
  • Contains spam or viruses.
  • Is considered personal information.
  • Infringes on a person’s intellectual property rights.

We will review all posted content, including links, and remove any that we believe to be inappropriate. We may also block users from posting to our pages.

Even though social media operates 24/7 we do not monitor our pages outside of normal working hours. As we may not be aware of any inappropriate content straight away, we do encourage other users to ignore these comments. Our services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order and we do not have sufficient stock to full your order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Gift Cards

Giveaways

  • The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification by direct call or email
  • The Promoter retains the right to substitute the giveaway of equal or greater value (including where a Giveaway is unavailable).
  • The value of the giveaway is accurate at the date of commencement of the Competition Period and based upon the recommended retail prices at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the giveaway after that date.
  • In the event that any Entrant winner is under the age of eighteen (18), the Giveaway will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent or legal guardian to prove their parental status or legal guardianship.
  • The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the Promoter has not been able to contact the winner within one month (1) of the Giveaway winner announcement, or for any reason the Giveaway remains unclaimed for three (3) months after the Giveaway Determination, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid. The Promoter will choose the next closest guess and they will become the winner.

Loyalty Program

  1. The Victoria’s Cosmetic Customer Loyalty Program is operated by Victoria’s Cosmetic Clinic, Tasmania (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Loyalty Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

How do I participate in the Loyalty Program?

  • All customers are entitled to a free Loyalty Program Account as part of our downloadable App. To join our free Loyalty Program, you must first download the App online at the App Store or Google Play Store, or from Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic via QR code at reception.
  • Upon purchase of any service, you will receive an allocation of points towards future discounts on services.
  • Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic will vary the rewards in accordance with internal policy.
  • Only valid application from our reception staff will count towards loyalty value.

How do I redeem my Rewards?

  • In order to redeem, you must enquire with reception staff as to balance of rewards.

Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for any miscalculated points on either side. If error occurs, balance will be calculated manually, and we reserve the right to cancel or override any technical error.
  • Loyalty Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty points to anyone else.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  • We may discontinue our Loyalty program in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at www.victorias.com.au
  • We may change these Terms & Conditions or add new Terms & Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at www.victorias.com.au. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
