The Total Xen Experience is a whole-body red light therapy bed treatment that rejuvenates your entire body in one 15-minute session. This treatment uses red and near-infrared light to treat injuries, reduce pain, relax muscles/joints, and increase blood circulation.

Red light therapy (also known as photobiomodulation) uses a combination of red and near-infrared light to activate a number of biological processes. Each session in the Total Xen bed lasts 15 minutes.
Both men and women of all ages can benefit from this treatment for muscle performance and pain or stiffness. At your consultation, we will develop a treatment plan based on your specific concerns.
This will be determined at your consultation. The Victoria’s team will create a personalised Total Xen Experience treatment plan that will be suitable to your needs.
This treatment has no side effects and requires no downtime.
The only discomfort you may experience is when the bed is turned on. While you will be given protective eyewear for the treatment, the LEDs are bright and may be a bit of a shock for the first couple of minutes. However, they are not harmful to the eyes, and once you adjust, the LEDs will just feel like a pleasant warmth on your skin, as if you were lying in the sun.
