Advanced Passionate Beauty Therapist

Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic is seeking a Advanced Beauty Therapist to join our highly respected clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive cosmetic medical environment where your expertise in skin science and client care is deeply valued.
Why This Role is More Than Just Beauty Therapy
This position goes beyond traditional beauty treatments. As part of our team, you will be involved in delivering medically supported skin health plans, advanced device-driven therapies, and working alongside experienced cosmetic nurses and physicians to achieve transformative results for our clients.
Position Overview:
- Title: Advanced and Passionate Beauty Therapist
- Location: Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic, Launceston
- Availability: 3 to 5 days per week (flexible options available)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver results-oriented skin therapies, including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, LED light therapy, laser-based modalities, and Hydrafacial treatments.
- Perform thorough skin consultations and design personalised treatment plans with a focus on long-term skin health and client education.
- Support clients on their skin journeys with genuine empathy, strong communication, and ongoing guidance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of cosmeceutical ingredients and recommend tailored skincare regimens using our premium product ranges.
- Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other therapists in a team-based care model.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatological treatments and cosmetic technologies through regular training and education.
- Take pride in contributing to an environment of clinical excellence, mentorship, and shared professional growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fully qualified Dermal Therapist or Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist with advanced training in skin science.
- Laser Safety Certification, First Aid, and Fire Safety Certification (desirable but not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate).
- Proficiency in performing advanced skincare and device-based treatments with precision and confidence.
- A strong commitment to clinical outcomes, patient safety, and ethical practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated dedication to continuous professional development.
