Our Mission

Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic provides exemplary cosmetic medical services that enhance beauty with a commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical excellence.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be recognised as the premier cosmetic medical clinic that sets the benchmark for excellence in the industry. We aim to empower individuals by providing transformative aesthetic experiences. Through continuous education, advanced techniques, and compassionate service, we aspire to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients, ensuring their journey with us is as rewarding and fulfilling as the outcomes we achieve together.

Humble Beginnings

Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic was opened by Anne Talbot, a Registered Nurse, in January 2002. Together with Dr Julie Ostberg, a Launceston General Practitioner and Cosmetic Physician, Victoria’s Clinic commenced treatments for:

• Sclerotherapy for varicose & spider veins
• Facial veins and facial redness
• Rosacea
• Pigmentation removal on the face & body
• PhotoRejuvenation using a PhotoDerm MultiLight (IPL)
• Permanent hair reduction using IPL.

Through the years

Due to the success of the clinic and demand from the clientele, beauty therapy was added to the clinic in March 2005 to enable complete client care. We also travel to 19 Ironcliff Rd in Penguin once every six weeks to provide treatments.

In the community

Each year, Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic proudly sponsors the Glover Prize.

Celebrating the legacy of John Glover, The John Glover Art Prize (Glover Prize) has become one of Australia’s most significant awards for landscape painting, open to artists from anywhere in the world.

By sponsoring the Glover Prize, we’re able to get out into the community and support the arts in Tasmania.

Our Location

We are located at 12 Penquite Road in Newstead.
