Registered Nurse or Dermal Therapist
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Qualified Dermal Therapist with a genuine passion for aesthetics and patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aesthetic/medical/surgical field, with experience in skin treatments and lasers being an advantage. While previous experience in aesthetic/plastic surgery is desirable, it is not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves direct patient interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive skin assessments and competently recommend skincare and treatment regimes.
- Administer laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal.
- Provide CoolSculpting and medical-grade Hydrafacials.
- Perform aesthetic wrinkle enhancements and other aesthetic procedures.
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
- Educate patients on skincare routines and pre- and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical and clinic protocols.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration. or
- Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science (52850WA): or
- Bachelor of Dermal Science
- Current laser safety certificate desirable.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and laser technology is an advantage.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- High ethical standards and strong confidentiality skills.
- A genuine desire to work in this rewarding field.
