Victoria's is undoubtedly the best place in Northern Tasmania to help you with any skin concerns. A very professional and friendly environment. I've always been impressed with my treatment option, the knowledge I've been given and the service I've received. I am in my 70's so after a lifetime of living, sun exposure and neglecting myself for others etc. my skin was not in the best of condition. After my first consultation with Anne I purchased the ZO skin health pack for ageing skin not 100% positive it would make much difference. Since that time I have used this range daily, had some hydrafacials done, been on a intensive retinol plan for 3 months and had a skin peel. I also had some laser therapy to correct some stubborn dark patches and seen the skin doctor for her to freeze off some sun spots etc. and amazingly I really can see a huge improvement which started even after as little time as a couple of months after commencing the treatment. I wish that I had visited them 20 or even 10 years earlier.

LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy) is the best thing I’ve ever done. I went from being in extreme chronic pain to being pain after 12 sessions. I just go in to get a Topup every 3 months to keep the pain away. It’s such an amazing treatment, can highly recommend for anyone with any kind of injury acute or chronic that is looking for a non-invasive, highly effective, pain free treatment. Cannot recommend it enough, it amazes me that more people aren’t aware of this amazing treatment. I hope it can become more widespread so it can help more people like me with long term and effective pain management.

What a great experience to have friendly highly trained professionals attend my sun damaged skin. Half the price of seeing a doctor at the skin clinics. The waiting lounge has the best coffee, with no bitterness and so many varieties. Comfortable chairs and visual appeal with wall mounted artwork changing all the time is interesting and welcoming. Everywhere the interior decoration is a masterpiece. Professional and inviting, fresh with artistic touches everywhere. Attention to detail is to be congratulated. Parking off street is thoughtful, spacious. I look forward to coming here now and have confidence my appearance is improving with every treatment of my sun damaged blotchy skin.

Anne was incredible. So nice an informative. The procedure I'm having done is quite daunting and can be nerve wrecking. Anne did a fabulous job at explaining all the steps and making me feel safe and less anxious. Also was happy to answer any questions I had about my procedure.

If you are wanting advice on skin treatments, products, please visit the girls at Victoria's. On my first visit, my face was an absolute mess. Anne booked me straight in to see their doctor. I had pretty bad rosacea/dermatitis/pigmentation issues. I was placed on abx for 4 weeks. Within a week my face looked so much better. Anne then recommend I have few LED treatments and started me on a skin care routine. WOW......my face has NEVER looked and felt this amazing. It's so clear, soft and smooth, and I have noticed the pigmentation has lightened. I will never trust anyone else with my skin. Customer for life. After some years working outdoors and many bushwalking adventures, my skin was showing significant signs of ageing. I attended Victoria’s clinic July 2020 for a consultation and left with a plan. The difference is clearly visible with my skin looking smoother, more hydrated and reducing brown spots and redness.

In April this year I had my first laser session with Anne. The results were AMAZING. I returned for a second sitting in May. Fast forward 4 weeks and here I am looking lighter and brighter with a much more youthful look.
