10 Years of Red Carpet Facials

This October and November, Victoria’s Cosmetic Medical Clinic will celebrate something very special: the 10th year of our much-loved Red Carpet Facials.

What began initially as a seasonal treatment event has become a tradition at Victoria’s – one that many of our clients now look forward to each year as they prepare for Christmas celebrations, weddings, end-of-year events and the busy social season.

For us, reaching ten years is about much more than marking an anniversary. It is a reflection of the trust our clients place in us, the relationships we have built over many years, and our ongoing commitment to helping people feel confident in their skin.

How the Red Carpet Facial began

When we first introduced our Red Carpet Facial event ten years ago, the idea was simple.

We wanted to create a treatment experience that would help the skin look fresh, refined and radiant at a time of year when many people were attending special occasions and wanted to feel their best.

Over the years, the Red Carpet Facial has become one of our most recognised seasonal events.

While technology, skincare and treatment techniques continue to evolve, our philosophy has remained the same: every treatment should be considered carefully, performed professionally and tailored to the individual.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to skin.

Ten years of helping Tasmanians prepare for their special occasions

October and November are always busy months at Victoria’s.

Christmas functions begin, weddings increase, families gather, photographs are taken and calendars suddenly become very full.

We often meet clients who tell us they want their skin to look brighter, smoother and healthier before an important event.

This is where good planning matters.

Beautiful skin rarely comes from doing everything at once. It comes from understanding the skin, choosing appropriate treatments and allowing enough time for the skin to respond.

That is one of the reasons we encourage clients to begin thinking about their end-of-year skin plans early rather than waiting until the week before an event.

For us, the Red Carpet Facial experience has never simply been about following a trend.

Technology has advanced enormously. Clients are more educated. There are more treatment choices than ever before, and social media constantly introduces new products, procedures and trends.

But after many years working with skin and laser technology, one principle remains incredibly important to me:

We have prepared skin for weddings, milestone birthdays, Christmas parties, holidays and family celebrations and countless other memorable moments.

Some clients who first came to us many years ago now return with daughters, friends and family members.
